The sharps carbine is the shorter version of the Sharps rifle. It's smaller size and new breech loading mechanism made it a favorite of cavalry soldiers on both sides of the civil war and into the later 1800's.

    1859 Sharps Carbine Black Finish

    Purchased for my grandson to add to his Civil War collection. Both he and I could not be happier with the piece. A genuine quality reproduction.
