Collectors Armoury shipping and handling is calculated based on the merchandise total of your order. All packages are shipped via FedEx, UPS or USPS. Most orders will ship from our warehouse the same day or next business day. An additional $10.00 will be charged to all orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Territories and APO/FPO addresses. There may be an additional charge for over sized items. The Collectors Armoury website is designed to automatically calculate the shipping & handling, for your convenience we have included the chart below for your reference.
All orders are shipped Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays. Please, allow 7-10 business days to receive your in-stock merchandise.
We offer express shipping if you need your items quicker than the standard delivery times. All express orders placed before 2 pm Eastern Standard Time Monday- Friday are shipped same day. Express orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes or APO/FPOs.

Shipping Times
Orders shipped via Standard Shipping
Stock status is listed for each item on the order confirmation. Orders for in stock items will ship from our warehouse within 1 business day. You should receive your items within 7 - 10 business days once they have shipped, using Standard Shipping. We will email you a Shipment Confirmation which will include a tracking number so that you may track your package.
Orders with different Bill To and Ship To addresses may be delayed for verification purposes.

Orders are shipped promptly; however, due to the nature of the special products we offer, we sometimes experience temporary out-of- stock situations (Back Orders). We will inform you of the Back Order and projected availability date as soon as possible. You have the option of waiting for the item or receiving a refund. If you paid with a credit card, your card will not be charged until the order is shipped.
