Can your replicas fire real Ammunition?
Most of our replica guns are non-firing models. They cannot fire real ammunition or be modified to fire real ammunition. Attempting to modify the replica is illegal.
Our Blank-Firing models can only be fired with the intended, correct blank ammunition.
Can I sharpen the swords?
Some of the swords have carbon steel blades and can be sharpened. Others have stainless steel blades and cannot be sharpened. Please call us with specific questions.
Are your swords "Combat Ready"?
Our swords cannot be used for combat.
Does Collector's Armoury sell my personal information?
We do not participate in this practice.
Do you ship worldwide?
No
Do you backorder items that are not available at the time of shipping?
Yes. Customers have the option to cancel backorders.
Will I be charged for items not shipped?
No, we do not charge your credit card if the items are not shipped. We only charge credit cards once the item is shipped.

When I place an order on the internet, how will I know if the item is out of stock?
Your cart will display product availability. All internet orders will receive a confirmation email after the order is placed. You will also receive an email once the order is shipped.
When will my order ship?
All orders place before 2pm ET ship the day received or the next business day.
When does my credit card get charged?
We charge your credit card the moment the item or items ship.
Do you have a no hassle return policy?
YES! If not satisfied, simply return items within 30 days in its original condition and we will refund the purchase price (less shipping and handling).

1. To expedite your return or exchange, please include your Collector’s Armoury, Ltd. order number and contact information, so we may contact you if there is a problem.
2. Damaged or defective Collector’s Armoury, Ltd. Merchandise can not be returned after 30 days from the date shipped.
3. Collector’s Armoury, Ltd. Merchandise with normal wear and tear or damaged by abuse, misuse, or lack of reasonable care is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and cannot be returned at any time after purchase.
4. Please send all returns via a trackable shipping method, such as FedEx or UPS. We can not process returns until the merchandise is received.

Imitation Firearms, regardless of date, may only be shipped in conjunction with a frame or presentation box; or solely for export in interstate or foreign commerce; or solely for lawful use in theatrical productions; or for use in certified sporting events or competitions; or for use in military or civil defense or ceremonial activities; or for public display authorized by public or private schools.
Connecticut, Massachusetts,Wisconsin & Minnesota:
All replicas of antique firearms (pre-1898) are allowed. We will not ship replicas of modern firearms (post-1898) to these states. We ship all other catalog items to customers in these jurisdictions.
New York State & Puerto Rico
Replicas of antique firearms (pre-1898) are allowed. We will only ship replicas of modern firearms (post-1898) to theatrical, military, police or other government accounts with valid proof of account identity. A copy of a valid purchase order will suffice.
